Yesterday the boys and I went out to Grass Valley and visited this state park. There were all kinds of old gold mining equipment. (Dad, you would love this place!). The boys weren't interested in that stuff, but they loved walking through the forest and gardens. They really like the reflecting pool, fountains, and the "really old house". We had a great afternoon exploring!
