For fun, we decided to have a cake competition between Katie & I and my Mom and Grandma. The only rule was that you had to use fondant on your cake. Katie & I made a chocolate cake with chocolate peanut butter filling, chocolate ganache filling, chocolate ganache glaze, and vanilla fondant. Mom & Grandma made an orange white cake with nuts and raisins. Let's just say, the winner hands down was Katie & I !!!!!!! Our cake was ABSOLUTY AMAZING!!!!!! Mom & Grandma have started their research for next years cake. We had so much fun cooking together.
