FIRETRUCKS

It is finally getting a little cooler here. Poor Emma doesn't have any warm clothes...no pants or pjs. So she is wearing the boys old pjs. I think she looks adorable in them!! She is standing alot more now but still no desire to walk.

Last night we had a special friend visit, a huge froggy! Carson sat outside with his flashlight and blanket watching him.

JOSH TRAINING

Josh has been training the past couple of months for the Portland Marathon on October 7th. He had his last big run this past weekend, 20 miles!! He is crazy! But I am so proud of him!!

Emma has a terrible runny nose but that is not stopping her from exploring and working on her new skill, climbing the stairs.

WE'RE BACK

We intended to go up to Portland for the weekend. While we were there I found out that friend I grew up with died in a car accident. We decided to stay the week so we could go to his memorial. It was so sad but I am happy I was able to be there. Other than that, we had a great stay. The kids played and played. They gardened and helped Grandpa. They went on walks and had special treats. It was a great week and 1/2!
