WEEKEND GETAWAY

This weekend we are off to Portland!!! It has been over 100° everyday this week. We are looking forward to cooler weather! It should be a really nice weekend!!

Oh yeah, this will be Carson's first road trip in underwear. We'll see how that goes!

ANOTHER HOT WEEKEND

It was another hot weekend here. We didn't really do anything but try to stay cool. Here are pictures of Emma's first pigtails. Her hair isn't quite long enough to make pigtails easy, but there was enough for the effect. I can't wait until her hair is a little big longer. The other pictures are of her playing with Josh's Giants hat. She loves to play with hats lately. She turned 13 months this week. No walking yet, but more standing by herself! She is such a cutie!!

VISITORS

My brother Ryan, sister-in-law Katie, her brother Daniel, and nephew Jack stopped by last night and stayed with us. It is always great when we have visitors!!!

The boys love their $1 Store Fireman hats. They used their pool noodles as fire hoses and their playhouse was the fire station. They ran around putting out fires. So cute!

WE'RE HOME

We had such a wonderful time in Portland. The kids love playing with Grandpa & Grandma. Josh helped my Dad build a deck. We went to the zoo and played outside. We had a great time!

We had a party for Emma's birthay, a little late... She had a Mickey & Minnie cake from Beaverton Bakery (my favorite)! She loved the cake and so did the boys!
